This Agreement is binding for an initial period of two years from the date hereof and will automatically be renewed for a further 2 years unless terminated by either party, but may be terminated in writing not less than 30 days prior to the expiration of the current term.
The Client agrees to pay the gross goods and services tax applicable to this Agreement in addition to all other amounts due in accordance with clause 11 overleaf.
I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions including those printed overleaf, all of which form part of this Agreement. In addition, the client’s signatory acknowledges and warrants that the signatory is duly authorised to execute this agreement on behalf of the client.
